Your order is on its way: an sms is sent to your mobile phone to confirm that the courier company is on its way to your domicile to deliver the packets. (Not in all countries)
SHIPPING
ESBOZOS TOT EN ART will not ship any order before confirmation of payment. (except for cash on delivery).
The delivery is considered done at the moment the courier hands out the goods to the customer and he or she signs the delivery paperwork.
The customer must check and verify the conditions of the goods and expose all complaints that can be justified in the delivery paperwork.

RETURNS
ESBOZOS TOT EN ART will only accept returns of faulty goods and never will be responsible for faults on the instalation when they were not carried out by our operators. ESBOZOS TOT EN ART will accept returns only within 7 days from the purchase date on the receipt, if previously authorized by our company and confirmed by e-mail or other mean.
